So I am completing Spire, but my score is 20/20 kills, 24/25 pickups and 0/1 secrets. Anybody have an idea where the hidden 'secret' is?

Sorry, its been ages since I played that level, so I can't remember the details. The trap here iirc is fairly simple.. (maybe) pull the lever in the corner while avoiding the steamroller to open the elevator door? A secret door to some easter-egg loot is in the wall opposite the entrance to the elevator iirc.
