8/t the max transfer between parcels.? I can make 2 connections, no more, between parcels, but transfer stays at 8/t.? I overproduce on 1 parcel, but another parcel only uses that power if it also produces some power.? hmm frustrating start

I've barely started the game, but i am already running into a nasty bug. After loading a save my HQ is saying it is producing negative -0.00 coal when i am making 6 and using 5.8. It says there is 2247 in stock but isn't consuming any but if i manually mine some it is removed at -3.00 until it hits 2247 again. I'm having the same bug with copper and iron ores too and at every parcel....

Can someone help me understand what the drones do?
