Any mods or ideas on how to modify the game to add resources? Any cheat codes? I want to experiment. I also want to be able to delete resources.

I noticed when Coal Ash from power plants reaches its storage limit the power plant continues to operate. when the the Coal Ash is full the power plant should shut down.

I would counter with: what is to be done with Coal Ash when it is full. IRL, they store it continuously. What would be done with it otherwise?

For reference, in real life they separate the coal ash into two types, fly ash and bottom ash. Fly ash is an SCM (supplementary cementitious material) that can have effects like increasing the final strength of concrete depending on the type of fly ash. Bottom ash is often stored away in locations like collection ponds.

modding is what gives infinite life spawn to a game so good thing you are thinking in adding modding to the game. always remember skyrim/rim world as the best example of life span of a game in terms of modding, still today that game is played with mods.
