Its not rubbish what he says is true. Xbox360 came out in 2005, its now nearly 2015 which makes it nearly a decade old. Even if the devs tried they would have to severly downgrade the game itself in order to run properly and even then it would still overheat and crash the system as its an open-world game.
Correct, it's just not possible to get the game to a decent point where it can run on Xbox 360 or Playstation 3. Disregarding the fact that the latest CRYENGINE versions have dropped support for it altogether, we'd have to change the open world scenario entirely into a corridor skiing title to get playable results.
