If you block the GameLauncher.exe internet access, you can access your setting menu. After which, restart the game, and play single player.

The error message still does come up in places but it seems that single player is still available, to a degree.

when on snow's steam library page click the gear icon then, manage, then local files. you should be able to find it there.

edit1: then go bin, then win_x64 and you should see it there

Same problem, ive block the connexion to the game launch. thats doesnt work :( if someone have solve the problem, i wanna it ! :D

Did not helped. Reinstalled whole system. Blocking or not blocking does not help anymore. It is not possible to play this game. not even access settings menu.

It worked for me, just go into the windows firewall and blocked internet access to "GameLauncher.exe" with a tutorial on youtube it takes 2 minutes and I can play the games!!
