turn off wifi to play the game, or block snow in your firewall. the game isn't bugged, it's just trying to contact a server that is offline or dead

Download the .dll file in this archive.org (CryGameSNOW.dll) https://archive.org/details/cry-game-snow

Navigate to the directory with the dll file of the same name (\steamapps\common\SNOW\bin\win_x64)

Copy and paste to replace the original .dll
