Anti cheat bug? The developers still alive?

Are the developers still supporting this game and are they going to update it or is there nothing left to hope for?
What's with the throwaway error during the game? Anyone also having a problem with the anti-cheat ?

yes, everyone has this problem.....unfortunately the support replies in the game that this is a problem for the players, that it is a problem with their computers
