all the casters feel like they do very little damage and can only kite and chip at people where they will just run and heal if you ever get them low cause you are so far away.

That's just simply not true. Base gear gives poultry dmg for pyroblast and staff compared to the health pool everyone has. Base gear pyro can barely handle AI. Pyro also has no ability for close quarters combat and also can't get away if flanked or rushed.
There are way more OP classes, especially at higher levels. It reads like you just don't pay attention during your matches and you get punished for it, which you should.
