Why is Mithril Interactive so freaking smart?

I've already said this a lot of times on the official Discord and I'll keep saying it. The devs of this game are so freaking smart, literally so clever, their decisions are always surprisingly brilliant. And I had no idea that it was even possible in the gaming industry, maybe only Blizzard proved that back in the old days, but nothing and no one since.

Mithril knows what players want. They listen to them and they really hear them. They came out of nowhere and created probably the most community choice based game in the whole history of video games. They are doing a brilliant job and also making dreams come true. Beside that, they deserve all the money and yet they charge nothing for Dungeonborne. That's absolutely crazy. I'm actually wondering if they perhaps don't respect their players way too much, and probably more than themselves. And I'm worried that it might lead to their failure. Don't get me wrong - it's amazing how great they and their work is, but maybe there aren't such companies and games for a reason? Don't be too kind Mithril, as the reality someday might bite you, but always remember that players are thankful for everything you've done. Keep it up.
