Freeze/stuttering every 5 seconds

Is this happening for anyone else? My PC is high end. Fiber network. I am playing Windowed mode. Only fix is to restart the game and wait for it to happen again. This issue makes the game literally unplayable.

It was happening to me aswell, so i turned it down to medium and that reduced stutters a lot. I wonder if theres a memory leak happening after a while or something.

I kept getting stutters no matter what graphic setting. Only fix is to crouch and wait for a portal and then restart the game lol

Seems to be something to do with Steam web helper, restarting steam seems to fix it for a while (But it does come back), anyone had any problems in other games? I had it give me an error this morning before even loading the game up so I'm not sure it's Dungeonborne's problem.

This is currently happening to me as well, it happened earlier and a restart fixed it but it's really annoying that you commit your gear to a match and the stuttering comes out of no where dooming you to die

Update - relaunched the game, stuttering issue is gone. However, I alt tabbed and then tabbed back into the game. Stutter issue is back now. Can anyone replicate this?

There are constant DDOS attacks on the servers according to the latest patch note.

Might be related.

I went to Launch settings and added -dx11 and it got fixed for me, not sure if it was that

Does server issues really cause full-screen stutters? Usually it'd be more like server lag if thatd be the case

If it's a server side issue, why doe restarting the game completely fix the stutter? The game stutters even on the main home page. This doesn't seem like a server side issue to me

just restart the game until you dont see GPU/CPU usage droppping to "zero", when at mainmenu. that worked for me...
