Gotta be honest dude people jumping down onto you is not the reason you died. lol.
Ofc, the classical case of hurt feelings. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ snowflake gen. Newsflash to OP, world doesn't revolve around you and it most certainly does not give a ♥♥♥♥ about your feelings.
I can imagine the same people who say its unfair say the same when fall dmg exist and they accidentally fall down and die. xD
Does not sound like an issue or that its unfair. I mean even with or without fall dmg you have enough possibilities with range attacks etc. to kill the weakened enemy when you watched two people fight. Its then just unlucky but not unfair.
A well trained student of my ol' fellow Obi Wan I see.
It's just one of the many elements that one has to keep in mind. It might be one that you personally dislike a lot but it's just part of the game and (as already mentioned) is the same for everyone. Now you dislike dropping of towers, another one may be annoyed by the "clutter" (i.e. boxes/barrels) on the ground that hinder you from running the perfect route. In the end it is all part of the playing field and each of these "barriers" make the game more interesting.
Otherwise we could have an empty plain field because you dont like height, another doesn't like walls and another doesn't like the clutter (this example obviously is very exaggerated to get the point across).
