Microphone not working in Discord my playing

Hey Guys,
has anybody else encountered problems with Discord or other VoIP Messengers while playing the game? Yesterday I wanted to play together with a friend and as soon as I entered the game my mic stopped recording in Discord, as if Discord lost the rights to use my mic as an input-device. We tried running Discord as admin, Dicord browser app and even Whatsapp call over pc. I know the apps work fine as i could hear him cristal clear the whole time, it's just that he was unable to hear me. The green ring is Discord, which marks that you are recording, stopped as well. Thats how i got the idea that Discvord might be loosing it's mic access.
We tried different settings as well and googled for others with simular issus. If any of you have an idea i'm happy to hear it and try for a solution.

close discord at all and open again with administrator permision
