Crashed in game, banned when re-logging?

I was pvp'ing someone trying to escape as rouge and got disconnected, apon relogging into game, I was alive and well and as I tried to channel escape portal got banned for 2 minutes?

Can you not re-log if you crash???

I lost 20K+ gear and my kills and loot?

Any help, has this happened to anyone else before?

*Update says cheating?!?! I have nothing but Razer synapse and Riot Vanguard running?
