Anyway i can see why people are surprised it's so challenging.
Myself i was expecting random generated maps or more layers where gear/skill would matter more with higher rewards and not just blind quick extract, but i still like it thou some people take it way too competitively
It isnt about "demanding", its about what is being advertised.
Hopefully this clears up some of the weird confusion.
Thats really funny, since it clearly means that you can play solo. People are welcome to be salty about the wording, but the game wont be changing.
This is a PvPvE game. Hope that clears up the confusion.
You can join solo in multiplayer maps.
It is YOU who has difficulty understanding what an actual single player game is.
If the devs dont at least make a REAL single player mode watch it flop, especially if single player is left on the store page, the reviews will be bombed. Watch carefully.
You will have thousands buying this seeing single player on the store page and when there isnt any, well i told you so.
If single player is on a store page MOST expect a mode at least where ONLY yourself plays on maps/missions in the said game.
If you want proof of this fact check out any other store pages that have single player on them, i rest my case.
You cant educate pork , so unsubbing.
I understand that single player means more than that but that is how it is used in steam store.
Some MMOs have the single player label too and I found it a little forced, but atleast you can indeed play without anyone disturbing you in those with that label.
Also devs seem to be open to community suggestions, and surely it's meant mostly as minor improvements, but who knows what they will add in two years.
Imho it would be better to thrive more to real dungeon crawler, rather than competetive game.
Anyway, already there is custom matchmaking, so it would be nice to enable non arena maps at the release. And than all we need is mods
PS: i don't mean there shouldn't be any randos walking on a map, it just can be made better, still with a treat of betrayal and rivality, but maybe also sort of cooperation, to not be the pvp main thing
why always so much on the edge xdd, guess that's what dbd and hunt does to the people
Well anyway, maybe some people would be interested in buying full release, as i said earlier it's still likable game with many branches for developtment. Can't see the point of your comment.
no problem at sharing opinions, right?
I hope they do change their mind and add a PvE mode. You are not the person making the calls here, no matter how bad you want to be one.
Even if the devs are planning it to be PvPvE game only at this moment, doesn't mean that this can't change, especially considering the amount of money PvE mode inclusion can bring.
This is a PvPvE game.
The devs decided? Proof, please?
False advertising is a thing, you know? If the advertised thing isn't what it's advertised to be, there are legal actions that can happen, which Mithril Interactive is based in a country that has said laws.
This is legally wrong. Mithril could lose a lot of money if someone took them to court over that.
It's already not just pvpve, it has a pvp only mode, too.
As previously stated, it's also a pvp game, so multiple modes isn't out of the question.
Adding a new mode wouldn't ruin the game at all, and could keep it alive longer, since it could act as both a way to introduce new players into the game and a way to de-stress from pvp or pvpve modes.
