At least the publisher Proxima Beta Pte. Ltd. which is integrated here comes from Singapore and is a subsidiary of Tencent Holdings. Personally i cannot find any information on Mithril Interactive and there don't seem to be any websites for either of them.

Maybe an own label of the company.
