The difference in criticism for this game vs Dark and Darker is beyond comprehension.

In Dark and Darker you weren't allowed to voice an opinion that wasn't celebrating the game as being basically perfect, even before release. Nothing needed to be changed, it was the best game ever created according to the player base. Every issue, every thing that needed to be worked on was glossed over with the utmost loyalty and fan boy simping.

But this game, that hasn't even reached early access? "This game is garbage, terrible, delete it now."

Make it make sense. Please. You won't find any criticism, I guarantee these people aren't leaving any feedback for the devs. What was the plan here? To play the game with the sole purpose of reinforcing one's love for Dark and Darker?

Seriously, what is wrong with these people. It's a fking alpha. They have no desire to be helpful, if it were even possible they don't want the game to get better according to their standards. They just want it to fail and for literally no reason. It's a free demo and yet look at the posts people are making, it's as laughable as it is idiotic.

Being this loyal to Dark and Darker is like having brand loyalty to a brand of soda or potato chips ... it's absurd.

It's cause most of those people are over on D&D. What's the surprise? Also the people saying 'there was plenty of criticism' don't recall how much pushback there was against criticism. Here there is less because all of those types of people are on D&D. It also makes sense. Why have another game like D&D when you could make something else? D&D might as well be dead now anyway as the fanbase for that game has dwindled. If this game doesn't learn from those mistakes then it'll be dead too.

This post is utter nonsense, there was plenty of criticism regarding Dark and Darker and the fan base is still providing lengthy input. The devs are actively changing the game and improving it. This game is a demo, it needs more time to bake in the oven, just like Dark and Darker did over the past year.
