Good Seed Suggestions

Anybody got any good seeds? Just to clarify a bit,I'm talking about a seed that has a very wide variety of resources within the first and second quadrants.Like I'm looking for a seed that won't have to make me wait to gain access to the third and fourth quadrants just to get the last 2 or 3 ingredients in the game to finish the cookbook.
Oh and it has to have a sector or two that meets the conditions to recruit Syl and Kassandra. Because I'd like to recruit them kinda early. So if anybody has any good seeds,would you let me know?

Okay, ignore all that, because I didn't know someone could pick a seed on their first go. I thought you had to get to newgame+ to pick a seed.
Either way, there's one tiny problem with your original question - the resources are, regardless of seed, all spread out more or less the same every time - the stuff that is common in the first quadrant is all over it, but none of the stuff from the later quadrants is there at all, no matter the seed. Everyone has to get to the fourth quadrant to fill out the cookbook. One time I had to go back to the first quadrant to pick up an item which doesn't exist in later quadrants.
