Blue ability?

All my abilities have a blue mana cost, but none seem to fit the requirement for "blue ability" in chapter 2. No idea what it is. Any help appreciated.

Look at Alden’s abilities. I think Alden. The one who can teleport friendly adjacent units five spaces.

His abilities are blue iirc

I believe 'blue' refers to abilities whose pictures have a blue background.
So as mentioned above, Alden can use those abilities in chapter 2
