chapter 3 combat won too soon ?

Hi !
Just start the game.
I am playing without turn limit.
On the chapter 3rd, where you have to kill all 25 foes, visit 2 camps and use defensive terrain 8 times.
On turn 7 I won the chapter but none of the objectives where complete.

It's a bug ?.

that mission you have only 8 turns even without limit because it ends at turn 8.
