The switch doesn't scream "competitive multiplayer console"
I'd say that's probably the worst version you could have picked.
Anyone got switch ver and was able to get into the game?
Also i was hoping player base will be substantial on switch as theres not a lot of first person shooter online to play

Battlefront is FAR from being a competitive game series lmfao. It's a casual star wars shooter from the early 2000s, back when people knew how to just have fun with playing a game normally.
Back when players would avoid using op weapons in games so that the server could have fun. Different times.
With no crossplatform/crossplay and region locked, im very concerned as I was hoping for long term multiplayer
Edit: or yeah, maybe the region lock.
