Disney knows they can milk Star Wars, Only reason we have how many series planned this year?
If anything, Battlefront 2 (This) confirms it will be the most uninspired ♥♥♥♥ possible and filled with battlepasses.
And no matter how good or bad it actually is, people will say it's bad if it has a single cosmetic microtransaction in it. And it will.
Damn You Might Be Right Disney is Running Low On Money And Need The Cash Grabs Now
let it die
Fair Enough
Blame Aspyr for poorly porting the games.
With the state EA is in right now and their poor management of the Battlefield franchise, I just they'd be the ones capable of making that.
But, if it's not EA, would it really be possible for another studio to pick it up and make a completely new Battlefront from the ground up? When EA made Battlefront 2, they already had an extensive library of assets to use from when they made Battlefront 1, and Battlefront 1 was a lot smaller in scope.
I just can't really imagine another studio being able to do this.
