Will the game have anti cheat?

Title says it all im on the fence and want to play it but if i go online to play w the boys and im getting aimbotted across the map by someone might pass on it.

Don't think you really need to be concerned about cheaters in this game. It's not as if there is any progression / leader boards. Not saying there WONT be any cheaters, but chances are slim to none in my opinion.

i mean the main attraction is gonna be the multiplayer and its kinda a let down they didnt even bother to implement even some cheap form of it (granted there are always ways around it) but just something to discourage people from thinking about it

we might be in for an interesting release if someone is able to use a cheat system on day 1, albeit I'm not sure how quick Aspyr can move in order to implement anti-cheat post launch.

You would be surprised. The current Dice Battlefront 2 on pc is plagued with cheaters. Its unfortunately the reason why i chose to purchase it on ps5 over steam.
