its been 3 weeks since the last patch on pc, i believe its been 1 week since the same patch was put on consoles.
i would love to see multiplayer working better, but single player for me at least is working great. ive been playing this game for ages and honestly its always been a single player games/co op.
also you dont own it so how would you know?
The campaigns, galactic conquests and some instant action here and there are what defined this game for me when I was a kid and that's what I still think does now with the addition of achievements too and some QoL updates that have helped improve it.
nah its always been about the multiplayer in these games. idk if youre old enough to remember, but these types of games back then didnt have level progression and tons of unlocks locked behind whatever. you just hopped in and played. People played it for years that way with all sorts of games like this. It just took the bf1942 formula and made it starwars. albeit, starwars had an actual singleplayer mode with a story. but ya, its always been about the massive online multiplayer that was sweeping the scene 2004 onward.
Yeah it was. I still have the boxed copy I bought in 2005. You obviously weren't around at the time.
He's dead Jim.
