No Crossplay No Buy

Battlefront 2 servers are empty. Right now I'm in a Lobby for +40 minutes with no one to join. Give the Remasters a few months and it will be the same. Everything announced in the Remaster we can already do with mods. Hell with mods its even looking better than the Remaster. No point in buying then. Crossplay would've been the only reason. Not including an nowadays Industry Standard just doesnt make sense

For console it’s 100% worth it, they get cross play amongst all other consoles. PC will have a player base, but it’ll be dwarfed in size compared to consoles. I still think this classic collection has a bit to offer for PC, it’s just the price tag is not worth it. I’d wait for a sale on this game for a heavy discount, because with the old games already available to us it’s not fully worth it.

Playstation can only play with Playstation (PS4 and PS5), Xbox can only play with Xbox (Xbox One, Series S/X), Switch can only play with Switch, PC can only play with PC.

There is no crossplay between consoles. There is only cross-generation play. PS4 can play with PS5. Xbox and whatever the other Xbox is called can play together. There is no crossplay.
