I forget the name but there was one for I believe BF1 that was XL mode on steroids. It was almost like having 100 troops on each team at any given time and stuff just got crazy. One of my best memories with the game frankly.

Thats would be cool! It would be chaotic as hell lol, but that’s what would make it appealing.

Considering that this is a port from the original console version and not the PC, I don't think current PC mods will easily port over. I could be wrong, but I assume new mods will have to be built from scratch.

This is 99.9% most likely correct, and furthermore it will probably also require Aspyr / LFG to publicly release an updated Zero Editor for both games... which unfortunately is a MAJOR if, not when.

One mod I want is a hunt mode added to Coruscant Temple which is Order 66, so the 501st vs various Jedi, with the heroes being Anakin on the Clones side and a random jedi (maybe Cin Dralig if that could be done, since that would be canonical) on the Jedi's side.

Replace the Super Battle Droids and make the basic assault class for CIS the B1.

Make the Supers a special class.

Oh, and give the clones the smaller DC-15 rifle, not the longboi. Remove the legion markings as well, just basic shinies.

In BF2 Galactic Conquest, the AI would often choose the leader bonus that should grant them a hero character, but they never showed up on the enemy side, probably for balance reasons. There's a mod that fixes this, which will hopefully work or get ported over.

Modders in Battlefrontupdates stream have just said it should be mod compatible with some tinkering. He showed the file folders on stream and apparently they're pretty much all the same.

Sure, and said "tinkering" cannot be done without Zero Editor. Because the new engine is 64-bit any mods that contain serialization, syscalls, compiled or unchecked code, etc. will have to be recompiled via the 64-bit editor which as of this moment does not exist. That is all dependent on whether or not it is published by Aspyr.

one that makes the magna guards a melee character. i dont understand y more games dont have them. also somehow making the "jedi padawan" "jedi knight" etc playable characters
