After watching him for a bit, it looks like console menus are back and multiplayer seems to have both matchmaking, server browser and you can host servers yourself.

It probably will. If you look earlier in the stream, the collection uses a hybrid set of code between the Console and PC versions.

You can see some of the PC UI flash in during a loading screen, but it otherwise uses the console UI

While not solid evidence, I still think there will be parity between platforms.

The lighting and shaders look crisper. The netcode still looks horrendous. About 15 mins in they play a hero assault and it's pretty clear that hits are still laggy.
