bf1 got ultrawide support in one of its last updates, i would expect there to be in the collection

I'm praying the hell out of myself right now so that Aspyr adds widescreen support to Battlefront II, because for the past few years I can barely see a sh*t if the enemy forces are too far away

Yes it does support ultrawide.
i just made a youtube short about it.
it autodetected my 3440x1440, works fine.

I've only tried BF1 briefly but it's vert- (cropped to fit 21:9 so the top and bottom is missing.) Some options on certain menu pages are not accessible because of that and in game it looks zoomed in. I'll wait and see if they patch it or a hack surfaces that fixes it but if not I'm refunding.

This right here, found it out the hard way it's absurd to me that we can't change it when in the old version we can. To change it I had to create a brand new profile.

This is not true. I just loaded into the collection and checked both games. BF1 has resolution options straight up in the video options menu, and BF2, it IS semi-hidden, but still adjustable. In the video options menu just click on the "Custom Options" button on the bottom right of the screen, then you'll get additional settings you can adjust, INCLUDING resolution.

How to change the resolution when game i not started? BF crashes after adjusting the brightness. I think it because of my resolution ultrawide
