Anymore games like this game, aesthetically speaking?

When I found out about Neotokyo and downloaded it, I was really awed by the aesthetic. I played with a server once on a Tuesday, and it was kind of cool. Are there anymore games with a similar theme as this game? Also, what is the aesthectic of this game called?

Neotokyo is often compared to Counter-Strike due to its round-based gameplay, but Dystopia is often mentioned as a brother of sorts to NT due to both being source-based cyberpunk mods.
Neotokyo's aesthetic is heavily based on original Ghost in the Shell and Akira animated films (which themselves were inspired by real places like Hong Kong and Kowloon), so you could say that its best tagged as "90's cyberpunk anime".

As mentioned above, Dystopia and Blacklight. I'd also say some of the Deus Ex games fit the aesthetic (and since they copy it, the more recent Call of Duty games as well), and the Mirror's Edge games.
