Hope this helps! I think the fish you get are random, maybe bigger/smaller shadows change the chance of getting a good fish
you can cook them in the kitchen of coopers house some give HP and others HP and SP, I haven't caught them all yet, keep getting the same fish but Rainbow trout are good!
