How open the door after the demon cow?

I did the quest to obtain the theet, and I found a close door where you need a key afterwars . I found another path with some dinosaur fossils and a shovel, but I didn't find a key or any indication that I have to return to the real world for progress. Does anyone know how to continue?

This door will be opened after you found the detective. You will open it from the other side. There is another passage somewhere there that will lead to a talking bush, find it

I just wanna know is not necessary to return to the real world , right ?

Some doors are difficult to see in the game. When you do the cow demon quest and get past the blockade, you have a door on the left at the end of the hallway.

I talked to the detective and still couldn’t open the door. When try the door of the room he’s in as well as the other door after the cow part, both are still locked. When I talk to the detective it just says he stares at me while chewing something.
