Chester's Painting

I'm right at the start where you can offer the museum some impressionist painting from Chester. Got the painting materials from the old dude in the park, now I got no idea where he can actually do that.

the old dude sitting on the bench reading the paper?

i have the side quests to get the painting supplies, went to the park..found the guy but the only interaction i have is to to sit on the bench. before the quest i spoke with with him and he just said something like good day, now i can't at all.

making sure its the same guy b4 i report the maybe bug.

My issue got solved now - Thanks a lot. I really didn't think I had to wait until next day to let Chester draw his masterpiece.

yay!! good to know, i also had to wait a day after getting the quest to be able to trigger him to talk to me. wish it stated, go visit the artist in a day or something like that. i was lazy and just bought his painting and gave it to the museum hehe.
