Accidentally engaged in book burning

I did the library quest to check out books, and got my copy of the demon book. Legends of Bloomtown or something, if I remember right? ... Which sounded like it'd become a glossary or be pretty important later or something... except I may have dropped in on a certain conveyor. ... In my defense, I *thought* I'd be burning an old travel brochure, which seemed to exist for that purpose. I didn't realize it was going to take something more important!

... Probably important?

Also, I know a few people have mentioned it, but reading in the room keeps not working. I have to read outside on benches.

I hope not.

I'm guessing it was important, and as to why that specific book would even be allowed to be put on that belt is beyond me, the option should specify the old travel brochure that even says to be burned.

I've been searching for this too. I was alarmed because as far as I can tell you can't nab a second copy of the book. Hm. That's... Not great. I otherwise very much am having fun, just bugs still to be ironed out.

You can grab a book that you likely do not have from the pile too. That is what I did.

This happened to me as well, idk if that book mattered but it seems like it was supposed to.

The book doesnt matter in the quest line.Its probably for some charisma point or smart points
