I can play with friends via room code when they're online, but when I try to do a quick match it says NoOpenLobbies (No Open Lobbies, obviously).

Was curious if this is just a me issue or game issue. Are there certain servers that are allowing quick match options or certain difficulty settings or is for the whole of quick match?

When will these issues be fixed? I can complete the game solo with fairly minimum effort but I fight playing with a team is more enjoyable as well as difficult, with your screen having a very large amount of stuff happening making dodging more difficult and the ramping HP of enemies with multiplayer.

Not just you, its hard to find any quick matches outside of China server, especially now since the game has been out for awhile and most people have explored all the content there is and are just waiting for more updates. The game had around 10k players average daily at its peak, now its about 1k-2k average.
