sectary and rina

i am having problems with both the new girls expect the nurse. i did everything that is required. i honestly don't know how to unlocked both of their romance options expcet for rina at the church and i don't know what to do to unlock the next one for rina and the secretary. please help resolving this thank you

For Rina, I unlocked her end romance option after completing her second mission at the second festival. If you've already passed that festival, you have to reset it

For the Secretary, you just have to gain a full set of hearts from her and all her stories and scenes will unlock. I don't believe her missions are attached to any festivals

wonderful and for the secretary i did max out her hearts i went through her scenes and i got pens from the arcade. however, her romance is still locked

Yeah, I had a little difficulty building up Rina without the right low price 'beginner' gifts. We need more gift types to be able to match all the girls.
