Get rid of lag in mouse camera control!

The game is programmed where the camera moves slowly when you first move the mouse, then speeds up. And there is no setting to adjust this lag in camera movement. Get rid of this!

This is an unusual mechanic for this style of game, and the lag makes controlling your camera and character direction difficult. Remove the scaling camera movement speed and replace it with constant speed. Or else create a setting that allows us to control this.
