steam workshop mods?

how do u download steam workshop mods for men of war assault squad 2?

In your mow:as2 folder (steam/steamapps/common/men of war assault squad 2) is a app called "mowas_2_workshop.exe".

what do i do with that?

Go to the Workshop mods page and click green Subscribe button
to a mod you want to try.
Example -

Then start Steam and Assault Squad 2 game.

In the game menu go to Workshop tab and see if it is downloading.
Once downloaded I think you need to shut down game and Steam and restart.

In Assault Squad 2 menu go to Mods tab and then activate the mod by
clicking on it on left side then click >> to make it jump to the right side.
It will now be activated.

You also need Steam Cloud to be on for Assault Squad 2 to be able to download the mods.
Turn it off after you have downloaded the mod.

ok i can see the mods but it says i require a different version of the game (as in updates), how do i change this?

You have to wait until the mod maker updates the mod,

or have a look at this forum thread,

But doing it that way might cause game to crash or other errors
if mod is too old for current game version.
