I guess I'll just manually insert the textures lol.
Shame, haven't touched source engine models too much so wasn't sure exactly. Only thing I did hear that ever work for those going into blender/3ds was crowbar but the models would always come out unsmooth and or their uv being messed up.
Edit - I guess a plus with this script either way would be persay another party wanting to take the game or another modder's content out of MoW but having no way except without the script. Cause until now I don't think there was a way.
Did you ever begin to work on a exporter for Blender? That would be quite useful (or even better if you can make one for Milkshape :) ).

I use the latest Men of War Assault Squad 2 files, extracted e2.pak with 7zip in Win10. I have tried some m4a3* tanks. Blender always freeze after clicking import. I haven't import any vehicles so far. :(
