No ammo and shells on supply truck after updating

What happened? There is no ammo and shells on supply truck. I doesn't make sense that we summon the supply truck without ammo and shells.

Does anyone have same problem?

... it was discussed in innumerous threads before: We got resupply points now. Move the tank into the area marked by the white circle around the heavy ammo truck. Shells are being transferred automatically, however it takes several seconds for each round.

What? I got it. But I still think we should keep both ways to supply.

Correct, supply trucks and paradrop ammo box have supply zones, trucks still carry fuel and such and paradrop boxes actually carry more items but as for all kind of ammunition its auto resupply system that takes care of it. Modders are still able to save and add inventories if mission specifically works better or alter auto resupply settings such as speed. Remember that in game you are still able to scavenge bodies vehicles and wrecks for ammo using inventory system.

Yeah, I got that. It's just that there is no option for a supply truck with tank shells that I see in offline mode. Only the normal infantry one is available.

Nevermind. Apparently you can abuse this hardcore by just putting whatever ammo you want reloaded into the cargo truck, which will then reload the tank. Then you put the ammo it's generated back into the cargo truck, which then reloads the tank again. Repeat at will for infinate ammo. Nice.

Is this true for all ammo types just not Tanks or other Vehicles that if i move an Infantry Squad into these zones they will resupply slowly as well?

No, the truck got reload points, each round costs points. So you end up with zero reload points left, but 100 shells in the truck. Nothing won.

Resupply of units should bring them back to the level they started with. For example, a mortar starts with 120 rounds but resupplying only gives them 30 rounds. If the auto supply system was to help minimize micromanaging during the heat of battle this doesn't help much. Also the supply trucks should also be like the way they were with the previous manual loading system and show what types of ammo they carry. This way the player can either use auto supply or manual supply.

But Im playing the campaign and only can select the standart supply truck, who doesn't supply tank ammo. I'm I correct and my ATs and tanks are useless when they shot all their ammo or Im missing something?

As far as i can tell the ammo truck will load up your units, but if you have something that burns rounds it can run out of reload points in / on the truck (which also slowly restores)

I have found if i want to lock down a section of the map i tend to group 2 - 3 trucks in one spot behind some bags / armor and they tend to work well for keeping the boys supplied :) since the ammo trucks are only 100pts a pop its not a bad pay off

Have found they " work " better if u keep them repaired and someone in them tho, not sure if this is just bias on my part :)

Would be cool to have an " ammo bunker " or some sort of armored carrier / half track tho.
