Self-destruct
How do you self destruct your own vehicle?

While the vehicle is selected click the cog-wheel, click the exit the vehicle button.

I always wondered this too. Not that I ever really felt the need for it, but it would be good in some situations.

Renaming the button something like Scuttle or Self Destruct might help people to notice it better.

Can you self-destruct in single player also? I notice in the control setting its for multiplayer.

Quicker to press the L key twice quickly.

Tanks come with Dynamite in their inventory, I've always assumed that was for self-destruction...

well i dont know how to do it!!! always use that dynamite manually.

it is used quite often in tournamnet games when your half track or m20 crew gets shot out the vehicle. So it is usefull to know that double L hotkey! so the vehicle does not get into enemy hands.

But once you press double L, if someone gets into the vehicle again before it explodes it stops the countdown.. So you can be quick and still steal it
