I think the dev's should focus on improving the core units and that Prototype Tanks are a possible project for the modding community.

Tortoise was in the original men of war. You could probably still find it's model in the game assets.

So was the T30. The original MOW has a super prototype for every faction pretty much.

It would be nice to see them again but I don't think the devs should spend time making new Prototype tanks where there are soooooo many tanks that were built in the thousands that aren't in game.

Tons of non prototype tanks left to add, so probably no
And some of those no, never...
Thx.

P.S. why do I have the feeling that these threads will keep on appearing.
And only for "Hey gusy, look at my stronk ww2 vehicle knowledge, I have seen some pictures on the interwebs and played WoT"

That's ok.
But there are many units (that actually saw action during WW2) that should be included before any prototypes.

I totally agree with that.

I would also add a nuke, in ww2 it was a real weapon, not a prototype (used on Hiroshima)... it would be good, USA needs some buff...

Also the O-I was never built. The "lightweight" version of the O-I, in the range of 100 or less tonnes, were built as a prototype, but never used.

actually, all 5 prototypes of the Neubaufahrzeug saw action, 3 of them in the Norwegian campaign, and 2, the A and 1 B on the eastern front in Bulgaria/Hungary...

my question is, why not the T-28 and T-35 A/B too then? we need more turrets!

"Maus, two prototypes built."
Correction, one and a half, I think.
