Where are you located at?
Is the ping consistent or does it appear at random

Jogar multiplayer no brasil com servidores estrangeiros o ping será alto mesmo.

I am guessing you don't understand what the ping indicator means.... if someone hosts a game they are hosting from their location - if I host a game for example I live in North Carolina, US. If another player from Florida, US joins my game, he will likely have somewhere between 30 and 75ms PING... if you on the other hand, join from Brazil..... you will likely have 300 ms as you stated.

South America from my understanding does not ping very well to the US or really anywhere else. It's kind of the same problem Australia has. Europe to US is about 150ms, Europe to Australia is about 300-400ms. Australia to US is about 300 ms or 250 on west coast US. It just depends on location, and Brazil/South America typically doesn't ping very well to anywhere else. There is nothing you can do aside from host your own games and hope others will join and don't mind playing in a higher ping game.

I'd try and find other players in South America for you to play with.. become friends and it will be easier to have lower ms games.

I'd also strongly suggest playing direct ip with these friends. A 300 ms direct ip game is equivalent to a 100-150ms Internet game... and smoother.
