Changing language?

Hello, I'm just wondering what files I need to change to change my game from Russian to English, I tried all day but can't get it, thanks.

in library,properties and select language, then pick english

purplepickleten has Men of War: Assault Squad 2

Right click on the game in the steam library and select properties. Then go to the language tab and choose English.
