Game wont run, missing d3d compiler

When I start the game it says the program cant start because D3dCOMPILER_43.dll is missing from my computer. Im on windows 10 and everything is up to date. Has anyone else had this probem?

Never had the problem with this game but generally ....

This error normally happens when direct x has an issue or the graphics driver or both.

How this can happen:-
