What does it do?

im pretty sure it gives boosts for example a unit say Veteran Tiger runs much better than a regular tiger that is newly deployed has slower reload time and stuff i think

if you mouse over unit veteransy in left bot it will tell you.

Currently, the Veterancy for vehicles is disabled, as it caused OOS. Only infrantry Veterancy is currently in the game working. Not sure if the upcoming patch is going to fix that.

wait so veteran Tigers have been pointless the entire time other than as a tiger you can buy for SP

Actually, the Veteran Tiger has abilities that are not tied to Veterancy, such as 1 second faster reload speed. Otherwise it is just a normal Tiger you can buy with SP to save MP.

If veterancy worked, Veteran Tiger would reload even faster than vetted Tiger.

No the veteran tiger has its own stats. He currently just can't earn additional veterancy on top.

So, are you able to return the vehicle veterancy as well without the OOS in the next patch?

The boosts of infantry veterancy are increased health and stamia.at level 3 and 5 you also get an additional sikill level for all weapons,making the soldiers more accurate.
