It goes like this
Steam > select game > properties > local files > verify integrity of game files > run that and thats it > It worked for me so hope this helps

I had to contact their support team and they sent this as a response, this did work for me.

"Thank you for contacting us and providing us with a dxdiag file and detailed information regarding your problem.

To solve this problem please try doing the following:
1) Right click on the game in Steam Library, choose Properties and click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS button.
2) A window will pop up. Please write there the following text: -reset_cloud_profiles
3) Then go to Steam -> Settings -> Cloud and disable Steam Cloud synchronization."

Let me know if this works because I'd like to see if this issue affects loads of other people using this game through steam.

bro, i don't remember, i just did every single guide that i could find to solve this problem, and then steam had an update, and then i could play the game with no problem.

I found a solution

You have to go to C:\Users\USER\Documents\My Games\men of war - assault squad 2\profiles\PROFILENAME

Then find the file "options.set", look for the line "antialiasing" and change the "2x" for:

none

This should fix the game if you have DX11 capable iGPU or GPUs.

I found the solution like this because "swap chain" is an error related to screen resolutions, as Microsoft says.

i actually don't know how i fixed this, i've tried everything, but after i installed every single game of the series it started working, i also did a files check before it, don't know if it will fix this error.
