Changing mission file to skip mission

Ive been trying to do the mission "Moscow is behind us" for a few months now and every time on every difficulty and even with cheats, the engineers putting down the mines just stop half way through and start attacking the germans and i cant finish the mission.

Is there any way to change a game file to skip this mission so i can do the rest

Try -
for the men laying the mines, select each 1 and in panel bottom right,
click the button to not shoot or hold fire X.
When they have finished laying the mines click them to fire at will.
