I saw that, and that just sucks.... some quite lame reasons for taking it down. I'd love if it would be back up again.

just download it and read the installation notes when installing it, everything is explained there.

installing mods by hand was really common for years before the workshop came, no idea how we ever managed to get them to work. must be a nerd thing, really.
