thanks I got to try
Hopefully this will eliminate some of the CTD's we regularly have in MP...
I don't believe you can increase it because it is 32 bit, as 32-bit processor will be theoretically limited by 4 gb of physical memory, in practice the application can access about 3.5 gb because it is the limitation of 32 bit, feel free to Google it.
You can also make it run in compatibility mode for Windows XP or Windows 7 an also make sure to run it as Administration as well, by doing all of that should reduce the amount of crash you encounter but at the end of the day it is a badly unoptimized game.
The higher polygon count for the models as well as the broken netcode hamper the game because it is 32 bit as the game engine cannot handle the higher polygon and the performance issue during multiplayer session it is due to the broken netcode.

It seemed that they forgot it again.
I always thought they added / enabled LAA in the mowas_2.exe coding
or other root directory game files.
