Report a translation problem
after game restart all my mods normally activated were turned off.
It was like the game was starting in - safe mode (no mods) - mode by default.
I checked with another player but his game did not have this bug.
After couple of more mod re-loading tests the mods eventually stayed activated after restart.
I don't know what caused it.
I thought maybe the developer temporary set it that way to avoid false bug reports caused by mods affecting the new October game updates or the new DLC Ostfront.
I normally have about 12 different small mods activated everytime.
I have a mod that changes the menu so I know straight away if my mods are activated.
Checks / Test to do -
Try load them in different sequence if you have more than 1 until you get it to work.
Everytime you do it try quitting / restarting Steam.
Try starting game in the 4 different start modes - Steam windows - Play -
go to your
Documents > My Games > men of war - assault squad 2 > profiles > folder made of numbers >
create new folder & drag the "options" and "settings" files into it.
Then start the game, fresh new default "options" & "settings" files will be created.
Close down game, restart, activate a mod, restart, see if it stays.
+ You know where your mods folder is ?
Go check inside any mod you use, its mod.info file has text part like this in it.
These exact numbers will normally cover from current version to couple next updates.
{minGameVersion "3.260"}
{MaxGameVersion "3.265"}
(I had already changed the max version as thats the first thing I do when the game updates lol)
