Weird lag with rx 570 8gb nitro+ and ryzen 5 1500x?

I still have performance issues on this game and i just upgraded my processor from a I5-8600K

32gb ddr4 3200mhz
Rx 570 8gb nitro+ (swapped a rx 480 8gb nitro+ same issues.)
Tried gtx 1060 6gb evga (friends) same issue.
Reset computer, same issue
It may just be the game idk.
It only lags with performance online with no mods.

I still had performance issues with the i5 but they were a little worse.

This game lags in general with Ryzen processors. Its a bug with the game where it will only recognize and use one core from a Ryzen Processor.

Also why the heck would you "upgrade" from an i5 8600k to a 1500x?!?!
You should have gone for a Ryzen 5 2600x or a Ryzen 7 2700x

I don't think you understand. The current world record on overclocking for the Ryzen 5 1500x doesn't even come close to an un-overclocked i5 8600k. Just buy a cooler for your intel processor, it costs like 40 bucks, and is certainly cheaper than a entire new processor and motherboard. You literally threw away 20% performance across the board for nothing.

I used a arctic 240mm and it liquid cooled. idle temps were like 59c I didnt like it, with my ryzen processor the temps are 25c-39c idle

You 100% did not mount your cooler/waterblock properly. As long as your processor doesn't exceed 80c under load you are fine, and idle at 59c means you did something wrong. Idle temps mean nothing, its temps under load that matters. Even with a stock intel air cooler you shouldn't even be getting near ~38c idling.
